The following online questionnaire must be completed by anyone interested in
adopting a pet from Ruffus Rescue. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and
have a driver’s license or other identification. We try to place animals in
permanent, responsible homes, while matching you with a pet that is suitable
for you and your lifestyle. At times, we share our applicant information with
other local animal adoption organizations for the purpose of adoption only, and
we reserve the right to refuse any applicant. |
